Energy saving silencer check valve

HC41X energy-saving silencer Check Valve has two connection methods: flange connection and clamp connection. The valve disc is guided by the central axis at both ends of the inlet. It has flexible opening and closing and accurate positioning. It can be installed horizontally or vertically. The valve disc is spring-loaded. Its quick closing can effectively reduce water hammer pressure. The sealing surface adopts a combined sealing structure of O-ring elastic seal and metal hard seal, which has good sealing performance and no noise when closing. It also has the characteristics of small size, light weight, small fluid resistance, small structural length, fatigue resistance, and long life. This valve is installed in water supply, drainage, fire protection, and HVAC systems and can be installed at the outlet of the water pump to prevent backwater from flowing back and causing damage to the pump.

Check valve is also called one-way valve or check valve. Its function is to prevent the medium in the pipeline from flowing back. The water pump suction bottom valve also belongs to the check valve category. The second type is a forged steel check valve bolted to the body cover. For valves designed according to this connection form, the valve body and valve cover are connected by bolts and winding connection.

One-way valve and check valve are the same concept. Globe Valve and Gate Valve are not the same concept. Globe valve, also known as gate valve, is relatively durable due to the small friction between the sealing surfaces during the opening and closing process, and the opening height is not large, so it is easy to manufacture.
