The 300X slow-closing Check Valve consists of a main valve, a one-way valve, a Needle Valve, a Ball Valve, a micro filter and a pressure gauge to form a hydraulic Control Valve takeover system. Using hydraulic automatic operation, the main valve can get the best opening and closing speed. Prevent the occurrence of water hammer to achieve the effect of slow closing and silencing. When the valve row supplies water from the inlet end, the water enters the main valve control room through the micro filter, solder valve, and one-way valve, and then drains to the downstream through the ball valve. Because the opening of the needle valve is smaller than that of the ball valve, that is, the drainage speed of the main valve control chamber is smaller than the water inlet speed, so the pressure in the control chamber decreases, and the inlet pressure at the lower end of the main valve plate affects the main valve to supply water to the downstream. When the pipeline stops supplying water, if the downstream water begins to backflow, part of the backflow water enters the main control room through the ball valve. Due to the action of the one-way valve, the backflow water cannot flow from the main control room, causing the main control room to gradually increase the pressure and slowly This product uses hydraulic automatic control to close the main valve, does not require other devices and energy, is easy to maintain, and opens and closes smoothly.

Slow Closing Check Valve

(1) Universal Valve function: only allows the medium to flow in one direction and prevents flow in the opposite direction. It prevents fluid from flowing back in the event of an accident, ensures fluid flows in one direction, and ensures the safety of pipeline equipment.

(2) Setting place

① A check valve should be installed on the outlet pipe of the fire water pump (a water hammer elimination check valve should be used);
② The outlet pipe of the pressure stabilizing pump should be equipped with a silencer check valve;
③The outlet pipe of the high-level fire water tank should be equipped with a check valve to prevent fire-fighting water from entering the high-level fire water tank.
