The function of High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve is to allow the medium to flow in one direction only and prevent the flow in the other direction. Usually, this High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve works automatically. Under the pressure of the fluid flowing in one direction, the Special Valve opens; when the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the fluid pressure and the self-closing Special Valve of the Special Valve act on the valve seat to cut off the flow.

In order to ensure that the Special Valve can reach the appropriate position of the valve seat surface every time, the Special Valve is designed in the hinge mechanism so that the Special Valve has enough swing space and makes the Special Valve truly and comprehensively contact the valve seat. The Special Valve can be made entirely of metal, or it can be inlaid with leather, rubber, or a synthetic covering on the metal, depending on the performance requirements.
When the swing-type High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve is fully opened, the fluid pressure is almost unimpeded, so the pressure drop through the valve is relatively small. The Special Valve of the lifting High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve is located on the valve seat sealing surface of the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve Body.
Except that the Special Valve can be lifted freely, the rest of the valve is the same as the stop valve. The fluid pressure lifts the Special Valve from the valve seat sealing surface, and the medium reflux causes the Special Valve to fall back onto the valve seat and cut off the flow. Depending on the conditions of use, the Special Valve can be an all-metal structure,
or it can be in the form of a rubber pad or rubber ring embedded in the Special Valve frame. Like the stop valve, the passage of the fluid through the lifting High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve is also narrow, so the pressure drop through the lifting High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve is larger than that of the swing High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve, and the flow of the swing High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve is less restricted.
