The High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve uses a spring-limited valve plate, which is determined by positive and negative pressure to exhale or inhale. There is also a gravity-type High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve, which is adjusted by gravity. When the air pressure in the container exceeds the heavy pressure, the valve opens to relieve pressure. Specific description: When the pressure in the storage tank is balanced with the atmospheric pressure, the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve exhalation valve is closely matched with the exhalation outlet valve seat, and the inhalation valve is closely matched with the inhalation inlet valve seat.

Special Valve High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve

When the pressure in the storage tank exceeds the atmospheric pressure value (that is, excessive positive pressure is generated), the high pressure in the tank directly acts on the bottom of the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve, and overcomes the gravity of the Special Valve and the external air pressure acting on the Special Valve, thereby opening the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve to discharge the excessive air pressure in the tank through channel A, so that the pressure in the tank is balanced with the atmospheric pressure.
When the pressure in the tank is lower than the atmospheric pressure (i.e., too low negative pressure is generated), the atmospheric pressure enters through the suction channel B and directly acts on the bottom of the Special Valve of the suction port, and overcomes the gravity of the Special Valve and the pressure in the tank acting on the Special Valve, thereby opening the Special Valve of the suction port to supplement the pressure in the tank, so that the pressure in the tank is balanced with the atmospheric pressure. When a fire occurs, the fire source may spread into the tank through the inlet. When the flame passes through the narrow pores of the fire-retardant core layer in the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve, due to the wall effect, the corrugated plate absorbs a large amount of heat source, causing the heat loss to suddenly increase, thereby extinguishing the flame.
1. The High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve should be installed at the high point of the gas source of the tank to reduce the evaporation loss of the material and to smoothly provide a direct and large channel to the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve. Usually for vertical tanks, the valve should be installed within the central roof of the tank top as much as possible. For tanks that require an insulation layer on the tank top, it can be installed near the ladder platform.
2. When two High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve need to be installed, they should be arranged symmetrically with the center of the tank top.
3. If the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve is used on a nitrogen-sealed tank, the nitrogen supply pipe should be connected away from the valve interface and inserted about 200 mm from the top of the tank into the storage tank. In this way, the nitrogen will not be discharged directly after entering the tank, thus achieving the purpose of nitrogen sealing.
