High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve are water pressure-controlled valves. They consist of a main valve and its attached guide tube, pilot valve, Needle Valve, Ball Valve and pressure gauge. When selecting High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve, pay attention to the following points:

About High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve

(1) The High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve used in engineering are products that have passed the manufacturer's inspection, have complete various markings, and meet the technical data requirements.

(2) High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve select valve types based on functional requirements, and then determine the valve body and sealing parts of the valve according to the pipeline transportation medium, temperature, construction standards and the main requirements of the owner. Commonly used valve body materials include cast iron, copper iron, copper, plastic, etc. Commonly used sealing surface and lining materials include copper alloy, plastic, steel, hard alloy, rubber, etc. The valve body material should match the pipeline material.
(3) The nominal pressure of the valve is 0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5 and 4.0MPa. The working pressure of the medium transported by the pipeline should be less than the nominal pressure value of the valve.
(4) The installation of High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve in the project should have sufficient space for management, operation, installation and maintenance, and should meet the requirements of pipelines for valves.
(5) When the pipeline is flange-connected, a flange-connected High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve should be used; when the pipeline is groove-connected, a groove-connected High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve should be used.
(6) High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve should be installed on pipelines where the medium flows in one direction.
(7) The direction of the arrow on the main valve body of the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve must be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline system.
(8) There should be no air blockage or air resistance in the pipe section connected to the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve. Automatic exhaust valves should be installed in gas storage sections such as high positions in the pipeline network.
(9) When the valve is installed horizontally, the valve cover and Valve Stem should face upward. When installed vertically, the valve cover and valve stem should face outward.
(10) Strength and tightness tests should be performed on the valve before installation.
(11) The strength and tightness tests of the valve should comply with the following regulations.
