Before installing the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve, the pipeline system must be flushed and cleaned to prevent welding slag, oxide scale and other dirt from flowing into the valve and affecting the normal operation of the valve.

Special Valve should be installed in front of the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve, generally installed in front of the filter, to facilitate cutting off the water source during maintenance. In order to ensure the normal maintenance and uninterrupted water supply of the product, a parallel installation method should be adopted. At this time, Special Valve should be installed before and after the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve.
3. When using liquid, the filter should use a 40-mesh filter screen, and when using gas, an 80-mesh filter screen should be used.
4. If a pressure gauge is set before and after the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve, the pressure gauge should be kept at a distance of more than 5DN from the inlet or outlet of the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve.
5. When used for gas, because the volume behind the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve expands, please use an expansion tube, and the outlet pipe should be large.
6. When using liquid, use straight pipes as much as possible. The length of the straight pipe should be 10~20 times the valve diameter (lower 500mm)
7. A flexible joint and a discharge pipe should be set at the outlet of the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve to facilitate installation and maintenance.
8. The failure of the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve in the pipeline is mainly caused by foreign matter, so the pipeline should be fully cleaned before the fluid passes through the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve (about 30 minutes).
9. The High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve can be installed vertically or horizontally as shown in the figure. During installation, attention should be paid to the inlet and outlet direction of the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve, which cannot be reversed.
