Basic performance and installation precautions of High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve

2024-07-01

The type and pressure regulation accuracy of High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve are selected according to the use requirements, and then its diameter is selected according to the required maximum output flow. When determining the gas source pressure of the valve, it should be greater than the maximum output pressure of 0.1MPa. High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve are generally installed after the water separator and before the oil mist collector or the set valuer, and be careful not to connect the inlet and outlet in reverse; the knob should be loosened when the valve is not in use to prevent the diaphragm from being deformed by pressure and affecting its performance.

High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve

It refers to the adjustable range of the output pressure P2 of the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve, within which the specified accuracy is required. The pressure regulation range is mainly related to the stiffness of the pressure regulating spring.
It refers to the characteristic of output pressure fluctuation caused by input pressure fluctuation when the flow g is a fixed value. The smaller the output pressure fluctuation, the better the characteristics of the High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve. The output pressure must be lower than the input pressure-fixed value to basically not change with the input pressure.
It refers to the input pressure-fixed, and the output pressure changes with the output flow g. When the flow g changes, the smaller the change in output pressure, the better. Generally, the lower the output pressure, the smaller the fluctuation with the change of output flow.
1. For the convenience of operation and maintenance, the valve is generally installed upright on a horizontal pipeline.
2. During installation, care should be taken to ensure that the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline is consistent with the direction of the arrow shown on the valve.
3. In order to prevent overpressure after the valve, a High Pressure Hydrogenation Valve should be installed at least 4 meters away from the valve outlet.
