Butterfly Valve and the pipeline should be tightened multiple times in diagonal directions during installation. They should not be tightened individually to prevent leakage at the flange connection caused by uneven stress.
4. When installing the Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve, the butterfly plate should be in the closed position to prevent debris from entering the valve cavity and damaging the sealing surface. When the user wants to test the pressure, both ends should be clamped with flanges before testing the pressure.
5. When connecting the valve to the pipeline, it is required to use a butt-welded steel flange or a special flange for Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve on the pipeline. If a flat welded steel flange is used, the inner hole of the flange must be as large as the inner hole of the gasket to ensure the effective sealing surface of the gasket.
6. The opening and closing stroke of the control mechanism of the programmable switching butterfly valve has been adjusted well before leaving the factory. In order to prevent the wrong direction when the power is turned on, the user must manually reach 1/3 of the opening position before turning on the power for the first time. early. And check whether the direction of the indicator plate is consistent with the opening direction of the valve.
7. If a malfunction is found when the valve is in use, it should be stopped immediately.
