1. Scope
This manual is applicable to
Globe Valve with flange connection ends.
2. Composition
It consists of an electric (or pneumatic) actuator and a
Universal Valve body, which are connected by a bracket (18) and a connecting shaft (17).
3. Usage restrictions
The temperature and pressure limit nameplate shows the maximum operating pressure allowed by the Universal Valve at the maximum and minimum operating temperatures. For valve seats and seals made of PTFE or RTFE, the operating temperature should be between 150 degrees and 200 degrees.
The operating temperature of other types of valve seats and seals should be checked by the KI factory. The nominal pressure rating (PN) of the Globe Valve indicates the maximum working pressure of the valve under normal temperature conditions. (For example: PN4.0 indicates that its maximum working pressure is 40Bar (4.0MPa) when the operating temperature is between -290C and 380C).
