1. First, check whether the Special Material Valve is consistent with the selection parameters, such as power supply voltage, medium pressure, pressure difference, etc., especially the power supply. If it is wrong, the coil will be burned. The power supply voltage should meet the rated voltage fluctuation range: AC +10%~-15%, DC +10%~-10%. The coil assembly should not be disassembled at ordinary times.
2. Before taking over the pipe, the pipeline should be flushed to remove the metal powder and sealing material residues, rust, etc. in the pipeline. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the medium. If the medium is mixed with dust, impurities, etc. that hinder the normal operation of the Special Material Valve, a filter or filter should be installed in the pipeline.
3. The electromagnetic coil component of the general Special Material Valve should be vertically upward and installed vertically on the pipeline horizontal to the ground. If it must be installed sideways due to space restrictions or working conditions, it must be proposed when selecting and ordering. Otherwise, the Special Material Valve may not work properly.
4. Manual shut-off valves should be added before and after the Special Material Valve, and a bypass should be set to facilitate maintenance of the Special Material Valve in case of failure.
5. Special Material Valve are generally directional and cannot be installed in reverse. Usually, the → on the valve body indicates the flow direction of the medium. When installing, it should be installed in the direction indicated by →. However, it can be installed in reverse in vacuum pipelines or special circumstances.
6. If the medium will cause water hammer, a Special Material Valve with water hammer prevention function should be selected or corresponding preventive measures should be taken.
7. Try not to keep the Special Material Valve in the energized state for a long time, which will easily reduce the service life of the coil or even burn the coil. In other words, normally open and normally closed Special Material Valve cannot be used interchangeably.
