4. In the pipeline system, the diameter of the Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve installed on the branch should be smaller than the diameter of the main pipeline valve.
5. The Control Valve cannot be used in explosive hazardous places.
6. The Control Valve cannot be installed in the concave part of the pipeline to avoid the condensation of steam condensate, impurities, etc. in the Control Valve.
7. When the Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve fails, in order to isolate the Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve in time and ensure the normal operation of the system, it is better to install a bypass device.
8. If the pipeline rigidity of the Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve is insufficient, it is recommended to fix the pipeline in front of the valve with a bracket to prevent the Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve from causing vibration during operation.
9. Before installing the Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve, pay attention to the product label and read the instruction manual carefully to determine whether the product meets the use conditions.
10. A pressure gauge needs to be installed on the pipelines before and after the Programmable Switch Butterfly Valve to observe the pipeline pressure.
