1. The working medium of the
Universal Valve should be clean and free of particulate impurities. The dirt and filters on the surface of the Universal Valve trim should be cleaned regularly.
2. When installing, the Universal Valve coil should be upward and kept in a vertical position. The arrow or mark on the Universal Valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline. It should not be installed in places with splashing or leaking water.
3. Before installing the Universal Valve on the
Gate Valve, the pipeline must be cleaned. It is recommended to install a filter in front of the valve and a
Steam Trap on the steam pipeline.
4. In the pipeline system, the diameter of the Universal Valve installed on the branch should be smaller than the diameter of the main pipeline valve.
5. Solenoid water valves cannot be used in explosive hazardous places.
6. The valve cannot be installed in the concave part of the pipeline to avoid steam condensate, impurities, etc. from being deposited in the valve and hindering the action.
7. When the Universal Valve fails, in order to isolate the Universal Valve in time and ensure the normal operation of the system, it is better to install a bypass device.
8. When the pipeline rigidity of the Gate Valve is insufficient, it is recommended to fix the pipeline in front of the valve with a bracket to avoid vibration when the Universal Valve is working.
9. Before installing the Gate Valve, be sure to read the product label and the instruction manual carefully to determine whether the product meets the use conditions.
10. A pressure gauge must be installed on the pipes before and after the Gate Valve to observe the pipe pressure.
