(1) Pressure regulation range: It refers to the adjustable range of the
Universal Valve output pressure P2, within which the specified accuracy is required. The pressure regulation range is mainly related to the stiffness of the pressure regulating spring.
(2) Pressure characteristics: It refers to the characteristics of the output pressure fluctuation caused by the input pressure fluctuation when the flow g is a fixed value. The smaller the output pressure fluctuation, the better the
Gate Valve characteristics. The output pressure must be lower than the input pressure-fixed value to basically not change with the input pressure.
(3) Flow characteristics: It refers to the stability of the output pressure changing with the output flow g when the input pressure is fixed. When the flow g changes, the smaller the change in output pressure, the better. Generally, the lower the output pressure, the smaller its fluctuation with the change in output flow.
Select the type and pressure regulation accuracy of the Gate Valve according to the use requirements, and then select its diameter according to the required maximum output flow. When determining the air source pressure of the valve, it should be greater than the maximum output pressure by 0.1MPa. The Gate Valve is usually installed after the water separator and before the oil mist collector or the set valuer, and be careful not to connect the inlet and outlet in reverse. The knob should be loosened when the valve is not in use to prevent the diaphragm from being deformed by frequent pressure and affecting its performance.
